RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons, ANIW does not accept returns unless the product is faulty, at that point we will make sure to refund you the amount paid or send you another product at no cost to you.

REFUNDS 

No refunds will be accepted once you pay for the order and received the order. If you hit pay by mistake, and your order has not been shipped, please contact us at info@aniwshop.com and we will gladly refund you. 

 

EXCHANGES

There are no exchanges. All items are final sale with no returns or exchanges.

Damaged Accessory in package 

If you receive an accessory that is broken, and you contact us with proof of picture the same day you received your package, we will send you a new accessory.

If your accessory brakes while you are wearing it or as you are going to put it on, we are not liable for the broken accessory and no return or exchanges will be made as it is now in your possession and was properly received in the package.

All orders ship within 3-7 business days, Monday - Friday. Orders are subject to delays during peak shipping times and holidays.
